Home build silent sax bag

I make a silent sax bag with the help of my father in law he is
upholsterer. Take the size of sax and make in paper the form of bag.
Make each side with this materials.
1) Light leather (exterior part)
2) 1" of foam
3) 1/2" Raw cotton
4) Cloth like velvet (interior part contact sax)

Put a zipper in the union of left lateral side with rear for insert the sax
and put left hand
Make a hole in the union of right lateral side with rear for insert
right hand
Make a hole in rear side for neck strap
Make a hole in top for sax neck

I surprise of performance of this home build bag reduce the sound 40%
and not affect pich and tone.
