I was following a thread about Milestones so I Youtubed it and came up with a BB version using Frank Elmo on tenor. I really like his tone and fire!!! Looks like a MK6 Link combo. Very good tone and lines. Really enjoyed it. K

There is a comment from Frank Elmo below the vid. I thought it was a great arrangement played by a very fine band.

Elmo's just great all around...& nice to hear from Chris Hunter again.
Thanks for the killer link; this arranger's got it happening with a top tier band to carry it off. I will be looking for more!

Welcome to the forum Frank,
Another jersey boy here. I thought your name was familiar. You recorded an album with Southside too right? thinking it was around the time of At least we got shoes. that was a time when the band's lineup seemed to be in flux.
I was a huge Jukes fan (still am though not as rabid as now, I'm an old fart) but did a TV show with Eddie Manion and LaBamba back in the early 80's and used to catch Ed with his own band at the Wine Cellar in SSHTS... those were the days. sorry another trip down memory lane. ;)
Great playin!!

sounds cool Frank.
I was just thinking of the TV show with them, must have been 1982. I have the edited interview we did at the Park South Studio, but can't find the half hour live segment. Eddie surprised me and brought LaBamba with him, and the styles of the times make me smile now. He was never a wall flower that's for sure!
Actually one of the clips of Eddie, I put up on Youtube, check the pants!!
