I am developing a catalogue of transcriptions of Duke Ellington's works and have obtained publishing rights for many of them. My website http://www.ellington-music.co.uk is now on-line, and I'm keen to locate fellow Ellington fans around the world and to find bandleaders who are interested in peforming Ellington compositions.
My transcriptions are legitimate recreations of Ellington's works derived from research of his original manuscripts in the Smithsonian Institution in Washington DC. These are not arrangements, but the original music, and notated using professional engraving software,
