Can someone tell me about this sax, I tried a search on here but can't really find any details on it, there is a SOTW member selling one, this is what he says about it.

Carnegie (By Jupiter) Alto Sax that is Silver plated body, and Gold Plated inside bell and keys.

Does anyone own one or played on one, I am a beginner looking for my first sax and was asking for a yas-23 when this popped up.

Thanks
Tony

Tony,
I believe the Carnegie is in the student line. The Artist series is above that and now I've just seen they have a new XO line.

You can call Jupiter directly; they are very open and helpful about their horns. I spoke with Rick DeJonge back when I got interested in the 889SG.
