Hard to say from the pix but it kind of looks like a Conn 10m in some ways.
It could be an older B&S horn. Some of them havethe same look on the table keys.
Without a closer inspection it is hard to say, but I would say that the engraving was a custom job done well after the horn was made. Looks too bold to be original considering the overall condition of the laq.

*that wasn't very well thought through was it? Presumably no one wanted one, hence we haven't heard of them
