I went tenor shopping this weekend. I ended up in the LA area. I played a few different horns. Mark 6, Unison S400 and some CB's.
All I can say is this thing is nice. It has great tone, being very full from the bottom all the way up. The low end of the horn can be played to the softest piano and then can take all the air I can give it with huge full sound. Altisimo notes are a breaze to play, coming out using effortless attacks. Horn played great against a tuner.
I tried several mouth pieces out when I bought it, but I went home with the mouth piece I came in with, Berg Larson Bullet chamber 110.

I want to give the shop a great recomdation as well. Right when I got there, anything I asked for or needed was provided to me right away. I'm in the practice room when Jimmy comes in with like 3 mouth pieces and says "try these.." About 15 minutes later he comes in with about 3 more. Again "try these.." One of the other horns I was playing my CB against had a small issue and Jimmi puts it on a bench and fixes it right there resolving the problems. Played some more and in comes one of his employees with about 4 more mouth pieces. Then come the second necks for the horns. Finalized me decision on which horn and he started throwing in some things for free. Great customer service.
I got it through Jimmi Scimonetti.. He can be reached at jscimonetti@yahoo.com or (661)729-2520.. Great guy, great shop and excelent horn.
