Saw this on E-Bay:

I think it must be a Beaugnier but I'm not sure. The low C# key is pretty interesting (only one rod and a really long spatula).
Any ideas about this horn?

Could be. It might be a Kohlert -- I've seen a couple with low C keys shaped like that; but then some of the Keilwerths have that too, not to mention some old Conns. Nothing about it rings a strong bell for me.

You're right about the similarity with the low C (not C# ) keys on some Kohlerts or Keilwerths. I'm not real familiar with either one, and I let the reference to Paris lead me to the conclusion that it is French, but, of course, this may not be the case.

Well, it does look like a french-made horn, to me. Doesn't look like cheap cr*p, anyway!! 8)

Maybe someone here will buy it and solve the mystery for us. Not me though, I'm not quite that curious.

I thought A. Robert was Robert Marlne. Is this correct?

Give the man a cigar!
Yes, the A. Robert horns are Malerne stencils.
Malerne was purchased by SML in 1975. That's about it on the "claim to fame" thing.
