Does anyone know about the jupiter jts-689-657 tenor sax? Any info on quality and price would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi,
I too was interested in this tenor but i went with the artist series silver edition instead, it's a good intermediate horn with a solid sound and pretty good intonation. I'm from Australia and it retails at around $2000 here. I particularly liked the low notes, very fat and rich which is a trait with Jupiter saxes. I've been told and also mentioned in this area of SOTW that there might be intonation problems later in its life but it shouldn't.

In summary it's a great horn for the price so definite value for money here and is mechanically well built another trait of Jupiter saxes.
