This is a vintage Florida Metal Link mouthpiece that is quite special. Here are the specs:
-USA on shank, 6* on side - opened to .115 tip opening
-very large chamber, opened from original facing by a reputable South Florida mouthpiece tech
-silver replate approx 95%
-top ridge smoothed out
I just had this mouthpiece inspected and verified by Theo Wanne, and although the silver plate covers some of the original markings, it is indeed a Florida Vintage Link. This mouthpiece is quite dark due to the large chamber. Works well for combo jazz and legit settings.
