I've hardly seen this being discussed before, has anyone played one before and what's like?

i played arb metal for several years and just upgrade to a custom version on my alto .they are very bright with great projection .listern to nelson rangell in the 90's works well on my bronze yanni found them to be a better performer than a dukoff which was one of my fav pieces

I use a modified ARB on alto. It is basically the same mpc design as the level air Brilhart from the 70s. They are great pieces. Free blowing and bright. I had the baffle lowered a fair bit on mine and like it much better as these pieces can sound thin if you play brightly by nature.

Very good pieces though and well worth a try.
