Here's my recent experience. On the wwbw site I ordered a swab advertised as being for clarinet and flute here (http://www.wwbw.com/BG-Clarinet---Flute-Swab-i82884.music). I just received it and it on the packet it says it is not for clarinet and flute but for clarinet and Eb clarinet! I've checked the part number and it is the same as shown on their site. I'll probably keep it since my clarinet swab needs replacing, but still...
Furthermore, when reaching the last page of their on-line order form, when my order total should have been $50 it was listed as $300! The items listed didn't match what was in my cart. The workaround was to place the order again on another computer.
They've got some problems with their web site.
