Can i remove easy a litle of material on the bafle, near the tip?
I have problems with squeaks in my T75......

You can remove baffle, but that's probably not the cause of your squeaks --- the first suspect for squeaks is uneven rails at or near the tip --- I'd suggest you have a refacer check out your mouthpiece before you start messing with the baffle.
