Does anyone know any methods to improve the sound on BL 100/8 metal mouthpiece?

Thanks.

No such thing as a /8. Most likely a /3.

Mojo's right that your 'piece is probably a /3. Yes, it can be improved greatly by refacing -- many Bergs, especially newer ones, have horrible rough-machined facings that are all wrong. Although stainless steel is a lot of work to reface, I do it often, with good results (my personal tenor mouthpiece is a heavily-refaced metal Berg 105/2). Please contact me off-line if you'd like to go that route.
