This seller did a really hack job with the 'smudge tool' in photoshop... I wonder what he is trying to cover up in the engraving on the bell?

Nah! I think it's just someone who doesn't know how to use photoshop. He used feathering effect to diffuse the edges of the picture (tacky IMO) hoping to "enhance" it but I don't see the point because that picture is terrible anyway; Can't see anything with or without photoshop :?

As of the smudge on the bell's engraving, maybe it was his fingerprint on the lens :lol: But it does look like a smudge
