I recently bought an Alto sax from this online retailer :-

The instrument seemed fine to me, but my teacher thought that some of the notes sounded a bit flat.
I called their office, and they immediatley dispatched a new instrument, without any fuss at all. When it arrived I simply handed the old one back to the courier - simple as that.
First class service.
Has anyone else bought the same instrument?
I'm sure it's a Chinese-made thing, but I'd be keen to hear an opinion on it from someone with experience of playing better sax's.
