Anyone try this mouth piece? I can't find a reed that's big (wide) enough. What was sugal thinking on this one? Am I missing something here? ****.

His side rails are very thick. As long as some of the reed covers part of the side rails it should work. Go to a bari sax reed if you have too.

Try a JB1 they seem to have more hand finish to them. His other pieces are pretty rough. He should changes the bits in his milling machine and stop working with 1/4 inch tolerances. They can work awesome when you get a good one though!

Had a Super Gonz II once. Decent enough sound, but the rails were very uneven. Not sure if that was why it seemed really fussy about reeds.
