Hi All
I carefully read a lot of threads related to keilwert saxes.
I am going to purchase a tenor tone king.
I still have not seem it but the owner told me that the color is black and gold and the serial number is 79335. The owner told me the sax was built 1981, he is asking for 1200 euro. the sax does not have the F# key (does it correspond to the model features??).
I was wondering if someone could help me with his experience with this sax, something about the price (I think it is quite expensive).
Finally Is it a pro or an intermediate model? What about the quality of tone ring produced around the 1980?

Many thanks to all and
All the Best

Hey man,
I just bought a tone king special last week. The horn you are looking at might be a fantastic horn. If it is in good shape, it is worth the money. The bodywork and pads have to be in as new condition for that kind of money. Check out worldwidesax.com and look at sarge's collection. He has one like you are looking at. email him for more complete info. I love my tone king and it is a professional model to be sure. email sarge. he is on this forum too, take care, Bill
