Now I'm looking for something that smooth, nice and mellow sounding piece for pop and r&b kinda playing, and my metal Link may be too dark for this job.
I've tried the Guardala and I liked it's bright sound, but not a good player for me. Any good suggestions for that bright (but not so edgy and cutting) yet mellow, smooth sounding piece? BTW, I'm playing on a Buffet SDA tenor (transitional model. I'd love to get the pics on) w/ metal Link 7*, huge, dark sound with lots of character. (The horn, not me :) )
