Valse Vanite is still in print and old sheets from the past often come up on eBay and in secondhand shops. I'll have a look at what I've got and let you know if you email me - I have a few old copies.

Don't know about free, but at dornpub.com you can order The Rudy Wiedoft collection volumes 1-6. I think they're about $30 american each...

If you are still interested in obtaining the sheet music, I have quite a few transcriptions. I have a large collection of sheet music so it will take me a bit of time to sort out the required pieces if required.
