Borgani High F and F# missing in action

Played a bud's borgani gold plated jubilee alto he was having problems with;both of us cannot get the high F or F# to come out even w/ the front F fingering. He thought the problem was him but he could play the high F and F# on my USA omega Alto fine. Sax looks and feels OK-anybody w/ any insight to what's up w/ this sax?????

I just bought one, and yes, the high F and F# do not pop out as easy as one the other Borganis. However, after getting used to it they speak fine for me. I had to make sure that my reed was set on the mouthpiece just right... if you have the reed too far up on the piece, the Borgani gets finicky and won't let the higher harmonics speak as easily. Great horn though.

Check the key heights - they may not be opening far enough.
