Yanagisawa Elimona A-800

Does anyone know anything about this sax? When was it made, what was the quality, what was it the predecessor to, etc? Thanks for your replies!

A few years ago when trying different altos I got to try one of these 800 or maybe it was an 880 series alto saxes. It was really a fine sax of advanced or professional quality, but was too expensive for me at the time. I ended up getting a Yamaha 23, but since that time have upgraded to an A992 Yanagisawa. I don't think that I would have been open to trying out my new sax if it hadn't been for the positive experience with that 800 series one.
