does someone any idea, where can I buy pearl button for the keys?

Ferree's sells them. They sell several sizes of pearls and closing dies that are used to close the holder around the pearl. A set of dies costs like $35.

I'm not sure how you would remove an existing pearl though as the brass is closed around the pearls. I imagine that's the tricky part.
