Anyone ever been to one? I'm going to one two weeks from yesterday in Memphis, and then to the concert after it. Any insights on these workshops?

Eric is not only a monster player, but also one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I have done repair work for him and when he test plays his sax, it is a "workshop" in and of itself. Don't miss it! -Jeff

Ditto....he is the nicest guy you'll meet. Listen to everything he says...you will learn a lot!! How did you hear about the workshop? Just curious where and when it will be. Thanks!

The Masters Class is 12:30 to 1:30 pm at the Rudi Scheidt School of Music in Memphis on February 10th. It's free, too, and there's a concert later that night at 8 pm at the Rose Theater on the U of M Campus. Got my tickets today, can't wait. Here's the website for the event: http://uccjazzconcert.org/
