Someone in Taiwan must be turning them out as there are two or three ebay sellers with cheaper ninos for sale from time to time. They do look like like the Yani, which in turn of course looks like the Mk VI.

AFAIK, the MkVI nino only went up to Eb...but the Yani goes to E, hence my thinking they probably copied it instead.

I'd expect the Saxophone.com horn to be pretty decent. I have a Saxophone.com Soprano and it's a nice little horn. I gave $300 for it on Ebay but it's worth the retail price they ask for them IMO.
