Hi
I am awaiting a Kessler custom tenor sax, which includes the Kessler Custom 50OL7 mouthpiece.
Since there are many of you with the same setup - what additional mouthpieces do you use with this horn?
thanks
Alex

Alex: I see that no one has responded - yet. My Kessler Custom tenor came with the Kessler OL7 mouthpiece (I THINK that's what it was). I am totally satisfied with it and have not felt any need to try other pieces. The truth is, though, that I am not a tenor player and only play the one I bought when the fancy strikes me. Still, I immediately liked the Kessler mouthpiece. DAVE
Stock mpcs have a bad rap but don't be decieved, the OL7, just because it is included with the horn, is anything but stock.
I gave it a test run and really liked the sound and the response. What I did not like about it was it just felt really big in my mouth and I could not get used to that. Previously I had been playing a JJ ESP for a couple of years and the ESP is a bit streamlined when contrasted with the OL7. It might feel perfectly normal to those who have been playing regular-sized HR mpcs though. It played very well, though, and is a quality mpc.

That's why I asked for additional mpc's rather than alternative/replacement
