I like Vandoren ZZ's, Javas, V16's and bass clarinet (blue box) reeds.

How do the blue box bass clarinet differ from the blue box tenor reeds?

There's just the slightest difference in the curvature of the tip between bass clar and tenor sax traditional reeds. I've heard that Javon Jackson uses Vandoren bass clarinet reeds on his tenor. Whatever works - you won't know 'til you try.
In response to the original question, I like ZZ (3.5).

Absolutely. The #1 answer (or should be.)
Everything is personal preference and it wont matter how many people pipe in with their preferences --- until YOU try a handful of reeds you won't know if they fit YOU, your capabilities, your lips and your style of playing.
I personally have gotten to like Alexander Superials and Fibracells, but choosing reeds for YOU is like telling you to only drive a Ford or a Honda.
