and so it begins  a harmless question on SOTW spirals Chris into a decade of mouthpiece trial :P
just kidding Chris!
What are u playing at the moment? Give us an idea on the sound concept u like (redman, alexander or is it potter, maybe lovano? or the older guys? Hawkins, webster, young?) An idea of how long you've been playing, preferred style is also useful.
And most importantly! what is your budget?
I'm going to assume that by warm, u also mean darkish? i.e. not bright and edgy like Brecker, Evans, etc.
My own suggestion for a warm, darkish, fat tone is to consider Hard Rubber. HR links can be good if you can test a bunch and get a good one. Otherwise maybe a Morgan L model, Bari HR, Meyer HR (if you like that stan getz sound). A good HR Berg larsen /2 or /3 chamber can also be good. These are all priced quite well $60 - $150.
I've got a nice 70's berg HR 125/3 available, but it might be to open?
IF you prefer metal, then metal links are a must to try. The new ones, like the HR are variable in quality, so try to test a bunch. I like the NY model better than the standard ones. Other options in metal get expensive quickly. Lawton P or B chambers, Vandoren v16 (a bit brighter), metal berg /2 or /3 chambers are good.
let us have some more info and I'm sure you'll get some great ideas from the gurus around here.
that said, remember that all you'll get here is opinion and personal experience - no guarentee this is apply in your individual case
best of luck
Paul
