Any opinion on mouthpiece squeaking would me great. Does this problem generate from ambouchore problems or sax blowing???

There are many possibilities, but after eliminating deficiencies in the horn and lack of embouchure development, it is most likely a problem with the mouthpiece itself. I have pieces that play perfectly and others that squeak like mad. Mojo of this board fixed one of them for me.

It may require that either you use a different piece or have a mouthpiece specialist do some work on it. Mojo knows his stuff, alright. DAVE

Could be a number of things... faulty mouthpiece..very thin rails... reed..., ligature not doing it's job, horn out of adjustment... possibly your embouchure. You need to eliminate some of these. Try your reed on another piece.Try your whole set up on another horn. Get somebody else to play your set up. Does it still do it?
