anyone else have a bad experience with wwbw? Its been 5 days since I placed my order and the items still ahven't shipped....it takes 25-30 min. for customer service to answer the phone....then every day they say the same thing..."it will ship out tomorrow".....currently...my tiems still haven't shipped...I can only hope they will ship monday...

I ordered a mouthpiece on 10/06/05 and was playing it on 10/13/05. Not bad.

They now claim that if an item you order is in their new warehouse, then it will ship within 48hrs. If it is not (as was likely the case for you), then all bets are off.
