Hi,
I have a Yamaha WX7 wind synth and a Yamaha WT11 wind tone generator that have been gathering dust for the last 10 years. Anyone know the value of these? I'm in Scotland UK
Thanks. Colin

Colin,
There were three setups just like yours sold recently on Ebay. Two from sellers in the USA and one from a seller in the United Kingdom. The two in the USA sold for $350 USD and the one in the United Kingdom sold for about $700 USD.
Looks like anything over $350 would be a bonus.

Colin,
I also live in Scotland (studying at strathclyde uni) & might be intested in getting a EWI if you ever decide to sell it!!
Thanks Chris! 8)

Colin.
I just bought a WX 11 on eBay without the WT 11. Want to sell it? Whatever's fair is fine with me. This thing just doesn't work without it.
thanks

you need to go a bit "deep" into your tone generator's settings, but any MIDI tone module will work well with the WX once set up properly (usually voice by voice)........ Yamaha's VL70m is taylor made to work with your WX and also provides power via a special cord....I used a WX11 with a VL70m for quite a few years before switching to the WX 5....do a search here - there have been a nuber of informative threads on the subject.
