The 10M I bought in 1973 came with a case that says on the label:

Cleveland, O.
Since it's not the original case, and I just bought a Hiscox for my 10M, this old case is up for grabs, or it's going to the dump. It's not in the best of shape, but I thought I'd let ya'll know it's free if somebody want's it. Just pay for shipping, which should be pretty cheap.
