Was wondering if anyone out there has tried a range of the Sugal mouthpieces and could give me some feedback. I currently own a Sugal Limited, and I find it to be an enjoyable piece, however as always after a year or so I become a bit restless and look for something different. Seeing that I do like this mouthpiece I thought I'd try something else in the Sugal range. I was looking for something that was maybe projected a little better and had a tiny bit more bite, but didn't sacrafice the warm tradtitional sound. (I have a Guardala King R&B which was great for funk and stuff, but the subtone on it was pretty aweful in my opinion - and I've moved into wanting a more traditional sound) Price is also an issue - I bought my Limited cheap on ebay and you can usually get Sugals for well under list price on ebay. The model I was interested in was the Gonz I, and in particular maybe a wooden one. Has anyone played both a Gonz and the Limited and can tell me how the compare, or can relate experience of the range of Sugal mouthpieces. Any ideas about different materails - wood, copper, brass? I'm also currently considering a Lamberson and a custom Link for Theo Wayne - If I had the money I'd buy all of them :p Unfortuanetly I'm located in Australia and no one stocks these mouthpieces at all - so trying them out in a shop in one session isn't an option :(
