Does anyone have one? Tell me about it. One of the most beautiful
horns ever made. Let me know how you like it!

King, I don't have one, but I played the 2001 sterling tenor several years back and it has remained the BEST ever in my memory.
I have since put in an order for a B&S sterling silver Medusa tenor (the first one produced!) and I am very anxiously awaiting it's arrival.
I will definitely post about it when it comes.

KingConn, since you're in the Atlanta area have you checked out Whipkey's Music. I know the owner is, shall we say, "difficult" to deal with but he does carry B&S saxes. I don't think he has any Medusa's in yet but maybe soon. I'm up in Marietta and play a silver Guardala tenor (and alto) and absolutely cannot imagine a more flexible and forgiving horn. By the way, you don't play with Michael Milsaps band do you?

My B&S is plain lacquered brass but it is still a good horn. I imagine that the silver ones would be as good or better. My local Dealer also has the Medusa horns so next time I am there, I intend to give them a blow. I will report here when I do.
