I recently received this for a gift, but it is TOO complicated for a novice like me. I would rather have gotten a Mini Disc recorder, SO......If anyone has a MZ 800 or 900 that they want to trade, please let me know. I have also listed this item on EBay here.
Supposedly, it is a great unit, but just not for me. I need easy.
ZOOM PS04 on Ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=15199&item=7331843341&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW)
Thanks!

Larry,
did you check out the PS-04 forum? lots of great people over there, but if you want to just record gigs, the MD is the way to go,. the PS-04 is a great little tool, but more for creating songs from the ground up, programmable drums and bass, mastering utilities etc. It got a good review in Tape Op magazine was well

Thanks Bill, but I just want to record gigs and my own practicing. Not much into trying to mix different tracks and such.

Dolphyo, do you have any other information on this unit? I couldn't find much. Will it record my practice sessions? What size MD's does it take? Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks

didn't your ebay auction end with a winning buyer??? yes it would have recorded your practice sessions and the MD'S size is a 2.5-inch minidisc encased in the 3.5-inch diskette in either the 60,74,80, reg or recordable md's. stereo or monaural recording. digital or analog inputs,synchro-recording,w/condenser mic, mega bass,avls,record-edit- move-erase tracks,etc...

Yes, it ended late this afternoon, after I had replied to your post last night. It is sold. Thanks for your interest.
