Custom Z wait time

Does anyone know how long the delay is going to e be on the Custom Z's? I ordered a silver tenor about 2 months ago, and I have heard a ton of different arrival dates ranging from 3 to 6 months. I may have to go with something else if the wait is that long.

I would suggest that you call or e-mail Yamaha Band Instruments in Grand Rapids, Michigan and ask them the direct question. I am fairly certain that the revision to the G1 neck is PROBABLy the reason that shipments have been halted. I own an 82Z tenor and I am waiting the revised neck.

I heard Chuck Levin's has them. Maybe you could take me with you to get one... You shouldn't go by yourself for sure...
