i just read this in a book

place top incisors on front 3rd of mouthpiece and then lower lip is placed against the reeed. Imagine pronouncing the syllable "dur" as in "during" and this is the correct position of hte mouth.

what are your takes?? cause it really depends on your accent doesnt it?

some people say it like "dure" and some say it like "der" in both these cases the mouth is formed slighty differently

sorry, just my own silly logic coming out on hte screen

I don't think the difference will be that big. You could also try something starting with an (English) V or F. Like "full" or "victor". As long as you don't exaggerate the movement of your lips, you should be fine.
