MP3/WAV to MIDI

Does anyone know of a good converter? I finally found the song I've been looking for and the programs I've found haven't worked well. I like to cheat and bring MIDIs into NoteWorthy and my alternate method is straight transcribing. Thanks.

Most transcription programs do not work very well. The ones I have heard of and seen need a single melody line without any other "noise". No way you can feed a complete soundfile and receive the complete arrangement as MIDI or sheet music.
