This super-rare Hanes Bb Silver Clarinet is one of only 200-500 Silver clarinets made, and is in superb condition with all parts, pads and original case.

The clarinet was played and maintained by a recently departed local musician whose wife now intends to sell directly to its next happy owner. On her behalf, I invite your interest. Revenue from the horn will help to fund the widow's continuing needs. Please respond via email to Gary Hunter, west@ghunter.mv.com.

The horn may be viewed and played in southern New Hampshire. The horn will be shopped locally and via clarinet organizations for two months. Should a buyer not surface, the horn will be sold via a dealer come April 1st. This opportunity welcomes inquiries from individual players, consistent with the former musician's wishes.

This is, of course, a rare offering. Roberto's of New York offers a similar Hanes for $10,000. Likely no more than 200 Bb horns were made. All reasonable offers will be considered.

at $10k, guess the widow's gonna go hungry tonight...

WAY toooo high on this one...suggest that if you wanna sell, drop the price down to $1k or less...

there's a reason Roberto still has one on display...

The Haynes (not Hanes; they make cheap underwear) is the kind of item that will bring insane offers from about 15 people in the world, whereas the other 6 billion of us will just say "Whoopee s#!t, another metal clarinet." :doubt: (I've got a Buescher, Conn 524 and Selmer 5pc, so I'm really in neither group.)
