Early King Soprano, really a Kolhert? How can you tell?

I was looking at a very early King Soprano, according to some SN charts it is an imported Kohlert and others one of the first Kings.

I date it to about 1915/1916.

Does anyone know anything that would help me?

How are these early saxophones regarded?

I own 3 King sopranos and several Kohlerts.
One of my King sopranos is early issue.
