I currently have a mark 6. I like the sound, but i thas much more resistance than I'd like, and the extreme bottom and top end aren't really good on it. I currently play on a jodyjazz ESP (6, which is 0.074 facing) with Vandoren ZZ 3.5's.
Anywho, ive been more and more intruiged by these rampone and cazzani saxes that i wanted a more direct comparrison between em and what i have.
Anyone care to make a couple quick recordings of em, basically side by side? same setup?
also, how would you compare em directly? ive played keilwerths a bit, some yamahas (23, 62 a couple times, custom z on a few occasions), and selmers (my mk6, ref 52, series 3, BA). Im interested most in how it compares to a mk 6, but any other input would be much appreciated.
