I've got a Vandoren legit MPC I want opened up a bit. Anybody know who the best european mouthpiece refacers are? Thanks

And I can also recommend Anton Weinberg at Dawkes Music, also in the UK. IIRC this question also came up on the old forum and I believe there was someone in either Germany or Holland that was recommended. Hang on and I am sure someone will tell you. Oh, yes of course there is Freddie Gregory in Belgium too.

Don't rule Anton out, though, for a mouthpiece reface, postage either way is quick and cheap in the EEC. When I had one done, he charged me £25 and it was back by return post. He can create any facing you mention as he has a huge database going back to the year dot. Only thing, I don't find Dawkes all that good at responding to email, I would suggest you telephone.
