Leblanc serial numbers! Who know something about them?

Hi,

i need information about Leblanc serial numbers. I just bought a Vito C-Melody manufactured by Leblanc in France. The serial number is 19657, does anybody of you have more infos about this sax?

(I've answered this in an e-mail to the user, but I'll repost a bit:)
This horn is from the late 1960's or early 1970's. I have written to Leblanc on a couple of occasions to try to get a serial number list, but they say that it is "proprietary information" and will not give it out.

(Amusingly, in this case, the user was told to contact www.conn-selmer.com for serial number information -- a few months prior to their acquisition of Leblanc. :))
