I saw he was on the LA Sax site and looked at his site for a little while. Reviews are good on Amazon. Has anyone listened to his CDs? Are they worth buying? Thanks.

He is a really good player in the smooth jazz vien. I enjoyed the stuff he did with the Rippintons more that his solo stuff, but interesting no the less.

he's a good player...just a bit mellow for me is all.

I saw Jeff last night at the Famous Cigars Elite Jazz Club in Clearwater. Awesome show! He played with our local tenor giant Mike MacArthur and his band. I was sitting about 5 feet from Jeff and he put on a great show as usual! He was playing a new LASAX tenor(same model as Jay Beckenstein's), along with a Mark VI alto and soprano. I own all but his most recent cd(he wanted $20 for an autographed copy-too much)and will eventually get it too. The Rippingtons have not been the same since he left(they used to be my favorite)! Best $20(ticket) I've spent recently! :D
