I was thinking it would be cool if is there was a virtual Sax software out there we can use for testing like the "Happy EO" software.

The problem with this one, the keys are not the same on the sax as it is desgined for a keyboard. It would just be a nice to have an "online virtual sax" for the community to "test" our notes online while we are at work or school were you should be working  because I for one can't get my mind off it.

Please let me know if there is such thing

Wow. Well this is going to sound rude but why would you want to waste your time with such programs? They are really remote to the physical skills you need; they take much more time to translate the knowledge to to the physical.

If you are looking for something sax-related to do while you are away from your sax, I think your time might be better served by simply visualizing the scales and music in your inner mind's eye/ear. Close your eyes, relax into a somewhat meditative state, and visualize/hear the music you want to play and visualize the fingering. Go as slowly as you need to do it without making mistakes.

You could also use that time looking at print music and visualizing the fingerings or concentrating on the rhythms and phrasing.
