Lower abdominal pain

I just started playing tenor 1 1/2 months ago. The last two weeks i've had soreness in my lower stomach and my back. I just recently bought a harness and a back supporter. I'v been playing on a rented student Selmer tenor and i'm thinking it could be the mouthpiece size also. Anybody had the same experience? I'd appreciate any advice.

Since you have had this problem for more than a week, I suggest you see a doctor immediately in case it is an appendix or some such problem. Listen to your body and a get an expert opinion when you have a new pain for that long.
