HI I HAVE A REALLY NICE BORGANI SERIAL NUMBER 6709 SOPRANO SAXOPHONE CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THE APPROX YEAR OF IT AHD A WORTH OF THIS INSTRUCMENT, IT IS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE.

This must be a pretty old horn. My 3 year old Borgani tenor is 19xxx. I suggest you contact the Borgani factory through their web site. They are usually quite accommodating and freindly people.

Apparently, the serial numbers do not have the same sort of date meaning as other makes; in essence they are all over the place and may well start afresh with each new model. I e-mailed photos of the sop I had some time ago and was told it was an old student model, but no info on date.

My soprano serial is 16xx ....must be rahter old too?? Knows anyone which mouth-peace is orginal ... anyway I want have new because its rahter heavy play. Any recommendation?
