Original necks are hard (if not impossible) to find.
I know Gloger makes necks to original specs, BUT THEY ARE NOT CHEAP to say the least.

MKVII alto necks appear on eBay from time to time. Sometimes someone here has them. I bought a MKVII tenor neck for a board member about a year ago. Just be patient...one will pop up soon enough.

Put a serie III neck on it. They are sold by Selmer new for about $250.

I have necks in stock for all the horns and they're in silver, gold, and maybe I have some lacquered ones. I also have some with no plating or lacquer. They're 1.085-1.090 in tenon size. Sometimes they have to be fitted to size. If it's an oddball type of horn it may need more extensive work to fit but it's still a better bet than trying to find a original. Discounts to SOTW members.
