Is there a "Link-like" Runyon?

The idea that Runyons are a good deal price wise intrigues me.
Is there a Runyon mouthpiece in the same tonal neighborhood as Links, or are they a different concept altogether?

Probably the closest you'll come is the tenor SR mpc. It's their "darkest" mouthpiece. But by and large, the Runyon design concept is the opposite end of the tonal spectrum from Links.
