New Kohlert 57 stencil arrived today

Since selling my edgware alto a year or two ago and trying all sorts of vintage horns I am back to a Kohlert again after scoring this 57 stencil on Ebay:http://img66.exs.cx/img66/774/saxx2.jpg

No other altos I tried including a very nice New King , some Bueschers,Conns etc seemed to have as good intonation as the edgware did. Pulled this one out when it came in today tweaked it a bit and that was it. Dead on intonation. It says Marcel by Le Chambre paris. these are usually Dolnet stencils but this is definitely a Kohlert.
Wish it was silverplate instead of nickel but I guess you can't have it all.

Nice looking horn. I have a Kohlert "The Kohlert" tenor 62k serial number that is a really nice player. The low C sharp takes a lot of pressure to get moving but other than that the keywork is really quick.

Thanks. The low C# doesn't bother me too much. I'm used to playing horns with older style keywork so its not a problem.
