Value of a Gold Medal tenor of the 60's

Hello, how much can be the value of Gold Medal tenor of the 60's in original and mint condition ? Any idea ?

I have seen ebay auctions in the past 6-8 months where the price of a Gold Medal tenor has hit $2,400.00 USD.

As to the value of your saxophone, I'm sure that would entirely depend on many factors including cosmetic appearance, playing condition, the amount of past playing use and whether or not it comes with all of the original accessories it was sold with.

I'm guessing that a mint all original gold or silver plated example could fetch at least $2,000.00 USD in today's market.
